Information Restaurant Brasserie Chavant

The Brasserie Chavant was named after the family line of Master Chefs of the Restaurant Chavant, located in Bresson since 1852.

Initially passed down from father to son, the customs of gourmet cooking at the Restaurant Chavant are now relayed by Chef Fabien CAPOGNA, who has been with the inn since 2001.

Baroque-inspired, chic and elegant, Grenoble's Brasserie Chavant is located in the heart of the city and is easy to access with two nearby car parks (Vaucanson and Hoche car parks).

Brasserie Chavant suggests a dish of the day as well as a seasonal menu and welcomes you for your family or business meals.
