Information Restaurant Grain de Sable bistro

At the bend of a quiet alley, behind the Alcazar library, hides a small Grain de Sable.

Loving healthy and fresh products, concerned about using the shortest circuits, they compose the vegetarian menu each week according to the seasonal vegetables, produced locally in organic. To sublimate them, they integrate into their cooking cereals from the Camargue, legumes from the Drôme, various seeds, fresh herbs or spices from the world.
